She is survived by: her husband James of Fort Smith; her son James McGinthia, Jr. (Rachel) of Muldrow, OK; her siblings, Patricia Musgrove of Tulsa, OK and Mike Tudor of Neosha, MO; her son-in-law Tim Cothran of Mansfield, AR; and her grandchildren, Garrett, Zoe McGinthia, Lydia, Isaac and Levi Cothran.
