With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Judy Fraser Owens of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Tupelo, Mississippi, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ellen and John Adair Fraser; and her son Fraser Owens. She is survived by: her son Barry Owens (Jana) of Rio Rancho; her grandsons, Jack Owens (Mackenzie), Henry Owens (Molly) and Grady Owens (Hannah); and her sisters, Adair Smith (Cleburne) of Plano, TX and Kay Combs (Larry) of Fort Smith. She is also survived by seven nephews.
