It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Carol Randolph (Fort Smith, Arkansas), who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Warren Kent Randolph; her siblings, Ray Evans and Shirley Omartian; and her parents, Edgar Thomas and Lyddie Lucille Evans (Quilivan).
She is survived by: her children, Michelle of Fort Smith and David (Adrienne) of Fletcher, OK.; her brother Ron Evans (Emily) of Fort Smith; her grandchildren, Destini, Warren, Devon and Kent; and her stepdaughters, Sharon and Debra. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
