We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2020, at the age of 74, Joyce Garner (Fort Smith, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claud Cusick and Fannie Cusick (Norcott); her husband Jerry; her grandson Ronnie Ray Garner; and her brothers, Bill, Terry and Kenny Cusick.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Joslin of Spiro, Ronnie Garner of Spiro, Ken Garner of Arkoma and Darrell Barham of Pocola; and her sisters, Claudette Davis of Pocola, Sue Howard of Spiro and Kay Cusick of Arkoma. She is also survived by four grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
