Josie Lee Parr Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2021, at the age of 82, Josie Lee Parr (Fort Smith, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Parr and Josephine Lillie Bridgers Parr; and her daughter Phyllis Welling. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Young of Fort Smith, Charlotte Harris (Alan) of Van Buren and Alan Blanchard (Maria) of Saginaw, TX. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
