We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2023, at the age of 70, Josephine Louise Smith of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert M. Thomas and Pansy Ellen Thomas (Cox); her son William Hailey; her siblings, Mickey Thomas, Keith Thomas, Patsy Chmielewski, Jean Blaylock and Marlena Johnson; her stepmother Betty Thomas; and her nephew Donnie Walters.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Smith; and her children, Michelle Castro (Manuel) of Hackett, Pamela Brown (Chris Mills) of Fort Smith and James Hailey of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by grandchildren and (4) great-grandchildren.
