She is survived by: her husband Cleo Eugene Leftwich; her children, Louise Spaunhurst (Ed) of Fort Smith and Hugh Eugene Leftwich (Claudia) of Fort Smith; her siblings, Louise Root of Tulsa, Don Pollock (Wanda) of Van Buren and Hal Pollock of Roland; her grandchildren, John Leftwich (Beth), Donita Jacobs (Josh), Teressa Strizich (John), Aaron Leftwich and Melissa Creel (Skylar); and her brother-in-law Walter Leftwich (Bobbie) of Prairieville.
