He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Harold and Mildred Lucille Turner (LeFever); his brother Dennis Turner; and his granddaughter Serenity Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Turner (Snyder); his children, Sunshine Villagomez of Imperial Beach, California, Noah Ray Turner (Sabrina) of San Diego and Jeremy Snyder of Imperial Beach, California; his sister Lois Peres of Galena, Missouri; and his grandsons, Noah Elijah, Jacob Ray and Elijah Ray Turner.
