He is survived by: his parents, Mitty Toon of Fort Smith and Randy Hayes of White Hall; his grandmother Margaret Thompson of Fort Smith; his significant other Jennifer Wentz of Sheridan; and his uncles, James Thompson of Fort Smith, Stephen Thompson (Dana) of Cabot and David Thompson (Regina) of Fort Smith.
