He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Werner and Bernadine Werner (Peterson). He is survived by: his wife Gwen Werner; his children, Kari Burger (Heath) of Mountainburg, AR, Brian McIntosh (Stephanie) of Dallas and Brad McIntosh (Mary) of Rogers; his grandchildren, Bryson, Cooper McIntosh, Harper and Ezra Burger; and his sisters, Marian Dickerson (Billy), Theresa Weick (Tim), Celeste Querdibitty (David), Constance Holloway (Fred) and Stacia Schuele (Leo).
