John Sterling Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Sterling of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Greenwood, Arkansas, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Sterling Brickey (Page) and John Sterling; and his stepfather Guy Brickey. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Debbie Verucchi (Mike) of Springdale, AR, Mark Sterling (Rozanne) of Greenwood, AR and Butch Sterling (Teresa) of Fort Smith; and his siblings, Janet Perry of Fort Smith, Therral Sterling of Fort Smith, Phil of Fort Smith and Roger Brickey of Fort Smith. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
