He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Byrd Sr. and Winifred Hamill; and his brother Charles T. Byrd, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Candi; his children, Sara Galbach (Andy) of Fort Smith, Todd Hamill (Sheila) of Phoenix, AZ and Brian Hamill (Suzi) of Stafford, VA; his brother Robert Hamill of Birmingham, AL; and his grandchildren, Max Hamill, Hannah Hamill and Toni Hamill.
