He was predeceased by: his parents, Finis Clark and Thelma Clark (Corbell); his wife Dolores Evelyn Clark; his son Timothy Clark; and his brothers, Mark, Glen and Billy Clark.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa Corley (Ray) of Fort Smith, Jonathan Clark (Valerie) of Bonanza and Michael Clark (Crystal) of Fort Smith; and his sisters, Sue Miller of Arkoma and Connie Earls (Gene) of Arkoma. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
