He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Thurman and Bessie Thurman; his grandson Joshua Naylor; his brother Jack Thurman; his parents-in-law, Loretha and Stanley Oglesby; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Oglesby and Mark Oglesby.
He is survived by: his wife Deloyce Thurman; his children, Jeri Francis (James) of Heavener, Kimberly McLaughlin of Heavener and Michael Thurman (Twana) of Summerfield; his sisters, Frances Kimes (Wayne) of Cedarville, Nina Blankinchip (Steve) of Natural Dam, Irene Davison (Mike) of Poteau, Patsy Webster (Richard) of Monroe, Wanda Lawrance (Rob) of Cameron and Paula Barnhart (Kenny) of Howe; his grandchildren, Jeremy Naylor (Amanda), Jessica Harris (Brian), Candice Terry, Jacob Francis, Chase Thurman and Landon Thurman; and his great grandchildren, Brice Harris, Charity Harris, Talen Terry, Weston Terry, Garret Naylor, Addison Naylor, Remington Naylor and Grace Francis A. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
