It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Riggins of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joe Riggins to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Riggins. He is survived by: his mother Sue Riggins; his wife Sherry; his children, Karen (Sean) and Brad; his siblings, Dennis Riggins (Lana) and Cindy Jones (Steve); his grandchildren, Evan, Jenna, Will, Olson, Bennett and Emmory; and his great grandchild Alex. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
