With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Hays in Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Muskogee, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 17, 2024 at the age of 71. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Johnson and Joanna Johnson (Henry); her husband Kenneth Hays; and her brother Mike Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Kinsey (D. J.) of Stigler, OK, Mark Hays (Gwen) of Keota, OK and Tracy Hays (Leeann) of Stigler, OK.; her grandchildren, Curtis Hays, Caleb Hays, Brianna Hays, Caitlin Hays, Maloree Carroll, Owen Hays, Seth Hays, Ava Kinsey, Alana Kinsey, Toby Kinsey and Amber Baker; and her siblings, Jackie Reese of Tahlequah, OK and B. Don Johnson (Joyce). She is also survived by Eleven great grandchildren.
