He was predeceased by: his parents, Lushes James Baker and Flossie Lee Baker (Bryant); his siblings, Reba Lovida Gustin, Marlton Lushes Baker (Bill), Freda May Baker, Odie Lee Stotts, Donald Ray Baker, Troy Gene Baker, William James Baker (Dub), Gerald Wayne Baker, Erma Delois Stanford, Ruth Dean Graham and Ronnie Joe Baker; and his son-in-law Mark Nickell.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Baker (Thornburg); his children, David Baker and Melissa Neylon (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Ryan (Kimberly), Zachary (Erica) and Clare Neylon; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Nate, Aubrie, Ian and Brexley Neylon; his daughter Sonja Nickell; his grandchildren, Jennifer Norris (Joseph) and William Nickell; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jade Norris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
