He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett Thacker and Fannie Thacker (Leffler); his wife Frankie; and his son Monty Thacker. He is survived by: his daughter Alice Wyatt of Ponca City, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Wendy Watkins (Bill) of Ponca City, Ashley Thacker of San Antonio and Tim Thacker (Michelle) of Inez, Texas.; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Hartness, Wyatt Watkins, Garrett Watkins, Thomas Thacker and Zoee Thacker.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home (710 US-270, Heavener, OK 74937). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Springhill Baptist Church (18210 OK-83, Howe, OK 74940).
