He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rowland and Allene Rowland. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his sister Janet Evans (Jerry); his sons, Steve (Jill) and Matt (Jolee); and his grandchildren, Jackson Rowland, Landen Rowland, Connor Rowland, Hayden Rowland, Jordyn Rowland, Grace Ann Matocha and Joe Rothwell.
