She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Howell (Dale) of Cullman, Ala, Joquetta Waters (William) of Sallisaw, Oklahoma. and Pat Forbes (Jennifer) of McMinnville, Tennessee.. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.
