He was predeceased by: his wife Rose. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Looper of Fort Smith and Charles Looper (Jennifer) of Dallas, TX; and his grandson Quinton Henderson.

Memorials may be made to the Scholarship Fund at First Christian Church, 3501 Rogers Ave., Fort Smith, AR.
