He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Wagner and Velma Wagner; his wife Sandra Hendricks Wagner; his daughters, Sugar Bostick (Mike) of Fayetteville and Sarah (Manu Joglekar) of Warren; his grandchildren, Caroline Bostick, Nathaniel and Julian Joglekar; his brother Eddie Hendricks; his sister-in-law Pat Hendricks; and his nephew Gerald Hendricks. He was also cherished by grandfather, dining out with family and friends, cheering for the Razorbacks and Lady Backs, and sitting with his cats and dogs.
