He was predeceased by: his parents, Windoll England and Fannie England (Bower); and his sister Judy Willingham. He is survived by: his wife Carla; his sons, Edward "Ed" Titsworth (Lisa) of Springfield and Jerry L. England, Jr. (Meagan) of Van Buren, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Andrew Weitzel, Bryce England and Kenna England; and his siblings, Kathy Durrance of Tucson, Diane Cantrall of Greenfield, Bob England of Shackleford and Denver England of Bedford, Indiana..
