He is survived by: his wife Arlyn Bates; his children, Martin Delupio (Mary Ann) of Manila, Philippines, Patty Lu (Earl) of Manila and Philppines; his siblings, Tom Bates of Hemet and Susan Patterson (Anthony) of Rockford; his granddaughter Jeorgiene Layne Delupio; his nephew Jacob Rzepka; his close friends, Marilyn and David Bond, Sr.; and also David Bond, Jr. (Jennifer). He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
