He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph William Kutchka, Jr. and Dorothy Jurena Kutchka. He is survived by: his sons, David Kutchka and Jeffrey Wayne Kutchka II; his brothers, Jay Kutchka (Jane-Ellen) of Fort Smith and Joseph William Kutchka III of Rogers, AR; his nieces, Claire Kutchka of Brooklyn, Caroline Kutchka of Fayetteville and Leah Kutchka of Fayetteville; his nephew Andrew Kutchka of Fayetteville; his granddaughter Makaila Elrod of Benton, AR; and his aunt Janie Lackow of Houston, TX..
