She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Spencer and Hattie Flippin Spencer; her husband Lloyd Lee Riggs; and her children, Lloyd E. Riggs, Jerry Riggs and Dinah Riggs.
She is survived by: her son Tom Riggs of Fort Smith; and her daughters-in-law, Jo Anne Riggs of Fort Smith and Rose Riggs of Fort Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
