She was predeceased by: her father John Fraser Baldner; her husband John Shields (Jack); and her sister Shirley Fowler of Winnipeg, Manitoba.. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Nikmard (Jahan) of Houston, TX, Katie Shields of Fort Smith, Pat Shields (Mary) of Fort Smith, John Shields (Suzy) of Edmond, OK, Tim Shields (Lori) of Fort Smith and Mike Shields (Ellen) of Fort Smith; her sister Betty Daniels of Edmonton, Alberta; her grandchildren, Kevin, Jim Shields, Anna Burrows, Johnny, Cameron Nikmard, Jack, Charlie, Henry Shields, Megan Newton, Mark Shields, Abby Doohan, Emma, Haley and Jordan Shields; and her great grandchildren, Kaia, Helaina Shields, Nasrin Nikmard, Elizabeth Doohan, Kyle, William Newton and Charlie Burrows. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
