We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2021, at the age of 85, Jannette Gowens of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Morrilton, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Maus and Lucille Cheek Maus; and her sister Ramona Eheman. She is survived by: her husband Hugh Gowens; her daughters, Beth Bohannon and Kathy Bolin; her siblings, Annette May and Mike Maus; her stepchildren, Linda Trent, Elaine Milliken and Roger Gowens; her grandchildren, Erica Barnett, Bryce Barnett, Candice Bruce, Rachael Owen and Koby House; and her great grandchildren, Rhea Fruth, Lawson Bruce, Kane Bruce and Eliana Muzquiz.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her honor may be made to the Church of the Assumption in Atkins.
