It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janiece Ann Cowart of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Yucaipa, California, who passed away on September 30, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Bobby Humphrey and Joyce; and her children, Dwayne Cowart and Sherri Cowart Shipman. She is survived by: her husband Rodney Cowart; her sister Janine; and her children, Charlotte and Keith. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
