He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Mills of Fort Smith and Brian Mills (Amiee) of Carlisle; his siblings, Jackie Mills, Jerry Mills, Martha Wright, Mary Ann Smith, Naomi Mansfield, Wilma Shoppach and Diana French; and his grandchildren, Emily Mills, Joseph Mills, Turner Moody, Hanna Beth Moody and Sawyer Moody.
