He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Vandermillion and Norma Jo Vandermillion; his grandparents, Clovis and Stella Vandermillion; and his sister Vickie Barnes.
He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth "Ann" Vandermillion; his daughter Sheryl Shepherd (Kevin) of Ozark; his grandchildren, Kristen Atchley (Josh) of Waldron, Garrett Shepherd of Ozark, Kortney Whitecotton (Bobby) of Paris and Jessica Holt (Glen) of Booneville; and his great grandchildren, Clayton, Kenleigh, Kaity, Charlotte, Saylor, Korbin, Sawyer and Harrison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
