He is survived by: his children, John Lenahan of Joplin, MO and Jean Marie Chapman of Colorado Springs, CO; and his grandchildren, Seth, Stephanie, Jeffrey Chapman, Bailey and Chase Lenahan. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
