He was predeceased by: his siblings, Buck Parker and Mary Ann Russell. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Debbie Parker Foster of Ola, Sharon Parker Clark of Paris, Lisa Parker and Jaime Parker of Centerton, Arkansas; his stepson Keith Rayborn of Spiro, Oklahoma; and his brother Orvil Gene Parker of Van Buren. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
