He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foster, Sr. and Myrtle (Crain); his sister Barbara Jean Newton; his aunt Jessie Mills; and his nephew Darrell Wayne Newton.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Glover (Shay) of Tulsa; and his nephews, Ricky Newton of Van Buren, Michael Cloud Newton of Van Buren and Wade Newton of Figure Five.
