He was predeceased by: his father John Shumaker. He is survived by: his daughter Melony Farris (Daniel) of Sallisaw, OK; his grandchild Faithlyn Farris of Sallisaw, OK; his mother Wilda Spoon of Lavaca, AR; and his brothers, Rodney of Lavaca, Tommy of Lavaca, Scott Shumaker of Lavaca and Bill Johnson of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
