James Earl Hargrove Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2021, at the age of 88, James Earl Hargrove of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Charleston, Arkansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Earl Hargrove to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolphus Earl and Mary Catherine Bumpers Hargrove; his siblings, Violet Grace Hargrove, Paul Edward Hargrove, Wayne Noel Hargrove, Wanda Rea Morton and Lee Kenneth Hargrove, Sr.; and his grandsons, Christopher James Hargrove and Matthew Russell.

He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Tim Hargrove (Becky) of Cave Springs, Arkansas, Sherry Luann Hargrove of Lowell, Melinda Clark (Stan) of Fort Smith and Dana Russell (Greg) of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Calley Lanier (Shawn) of Cave Springs, Lindsey Clark of Franklin, Jenna Morehart (Tyler) of Fort Smith, Maegan Clark of Charlottesville, Tyler Clark (Cassie) of Windsor and Katelyn Slaughter (Lucas) of Overland Park, Kansas; his great grandchildren, Stephen, Alivia Lanier of Cave Springs, Charis, Selah Roberts of Cave Springs, Andrew, Luke David, Molly Kate Morehart of Fort Smith, Lucie Joy Clark of Windsor, Connecticut and Caleb Hudson Morehart; and his sisters, Dorothy Compton of Oklahoma City, Addie Spivey of Tulsa and Betty Sue Cook of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
