He is survived by: his wife Charlotta Walters; his children, Phillip Walters (Mary) of Van Buren, Angela O'Neal (Mark) of Alma and Jason Walters (Erica) of Mountainburg; and his grandchildren, Leslie O'Neal-Houck, Amanda O'Neal-Bright and Gabriel Walters.
