He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Leigh Campbell Castleberry (JD Castleberry) of Fayetteville and Mark Campbell (Stephanie Campbell) of Tulsa; his brother Paul Campbell (Cheryl Campbell) of Denton, TX; and his grandchildren, Jackson Castleberry and Madison Castleberry of Fayetteville. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
