He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bell; his daughters, Caylin Thompson (David) and Christine Bell; his grandchildren, Andrea Thompson, David Lee Thompson and Higbee (Felicia); his great grandchildren, Chloe and Jackson; and his sister Tootie West. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends.
