She was predeceased by: her husband Thurman "Pete" Wagner; her children, Barbara Ann Rowe and Gerald Edward Wagner; and her brothers, Hubert and Herman Bates.
She is survived by: her children, Emma Samadi, Bonnie Mitchell of Fort Smith and Johnny (Gloria) of Greenwood; and her brother Houston Bates (Marie) of Hot Springs. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
