He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Hayes and Mildred Hayes (Edge); his wife Jean Hayes; his children, Kimberly Meeks (Bobby) of Parker, Colorado and Keith Hayes (Brenda) of Alma, Arkansas; his sister Modena Duncan of Heavener, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Celena, Noah, Brianna Meeks of Parker, Colorado, Jonathan Hayes (Hannah) of Fayetteville, AR and Katy Delmedico (Tyler) of Tahlequah; and his great grandchildren, Esme and Pax Hayes.
