He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Fisher and Lillian "Beatrice" Fisher (McCarty); and his sisters, Iline "Sissy" and Sheila. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Tami Crowe (Roger) of Sallisaw, Daniel Fisher (Donna Joyce) of Clarksville, Arkansas, Rodney Fisher (Jackie Herrin), Jason Fisher (Amanda Hyde) and Trevor Fisher of Sallisaw; and his siblings, Lonnie Fisher (Patty) of Temecula, Eddie Fisher (Deborah) of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Leona Martin of Mountain View, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
