He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Bullard and Mae Bullard (Raymer); his wife Shirley Bullard; his son Stephen Bullard; and his brother Charles Robert Bullard.
He is survived by: his children, David Bullard (Heather) of Triangle, Virginia and Shelly Kock (Janie) of McAlister, Oklahoma; his stepson Adam Turnbull (Rebecca) of Vilonia, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Tristan, Griffith, Cole, Brooklyn, Samantha, Peyton, Cash and Gus.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A committal service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Smith National Cemetery (522 Garland Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
In lieu of flowers the family would like contributions to be made in Harold's name to the Mercy Hospice Foundation, 6801 Rogers Ave, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72903.
