She was predeceased by: her parents, David Floyd Ludwick, Sr. and Maye Turner Ludwick; her husband Hugh "Blackie" Hammersly; and her sister Ladine Ludwick Wentz. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Hammersly (Maumelle) of Fort Smith and Gail Hammersly Maercklein; her son-in-law Douglas Maercklein of Tulsa; her grandson Michael Hugh Hammersly Munn of Maumelle; and her siblings, David Ludwick Jr. of Palm Desert, Calif. and June Ludwick Howard of San Antonio. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, caregivers and friends.
