He was predeceased by: his son Scott Paul Shults; and his sister JoDee Doyle of Ramsey, NJ.. He is survived by: his daughter Sandy Long; his granddaughters, Atleigh Long and Jana Kostelnik (Mark); his stepchild Terri Bridges (Leroy); his children, Lindsey, Megan and Kelly; and his stepgrandchildren, Leon Whitehouse (April), Casey Whitehouse and Karen Kimes (Lance). He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
