He was predeceased by: his wife Nona Faye; his children, Allen, Charlie Palmer and Linda Cecil; and his granddaughter Brandi Yarbro.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Palmer, Susan Lee and Kelly Bell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and numerous extended family.
