He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Eugene and Thelma Lackey; and his brothers, Dyarl and Gerald Lackey. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lackey (Bugg) of Fort Smith; his children, Sean Lackey (Laura Lackey) of Houston, TX and Kay Lynn Bui (Lap Bui) of Fort Smith, AR; his granddaughter Gracie Bui of Fort Smith, AR; and his sister Kay Rogers (Bill Rogers) of Van Buren, AR. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or American Lung Association.
