She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Goebel and Mary Edelmann Goebel; and her sister Mary Frances Dosher of Ruston, Louisiana.. She is survived by: her husband Charles Fowler (Chuck); and her children, Mary Beth Oliver (Nick) of Fort Smith, Charles Fowler (Christina) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Donald Fowler (Sarah) of Barling, Arkansas and David Fowler (Shelly) of Skiatook, Oklahoma. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
