Gerald Thompson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Thompson of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on December 8, 2024 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gerald Thompson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, P. F. Thompson and Maxine Smith Thompson; and his son Bret Thompson. He is survived by: his significant other Maureen Thompson; his children, Tisha Drews (David) of South Coffeyville, OK, Christina Martin (Neal) of Fort Smith, AR and Monte Thompson (Diana) of Wichita, KS; his sister Janet Burnett of Denver, CO; his daughter-in-law Yvonne Thompson of Grove, OK; and his grandchildren, Katrena Shirley, Chelsea Nielsen, Dustin Thompson, Zachary Thompson, Dylan Drews, Natalie Drews, Elijah Martin, Lily Martin, Maylie Martin, Glory Martin and Elizabeth Martin. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (400 S Main St, Grove, OK 74344).
