He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Webb and Gloria Carter (Webb). He is survived by: his sisters, Lisa Johnson, Candathia Carter, Kelli Carter and Ashley McCarthy; and his nieces and nephews, Monica D'Amour, Chance, Brittany Tanner, Chaseton, Hannah McCarthy, Chelsi Tanner, Courtney Cash, Blaydon Inness and Christian Inness.
